What you can expect

Reliable, not perfect

Most of the time it runs smoothly. If an outage happens, recovery is usually quick but not instant.

Planned maintenance windows

Updates are done in planned windows to reduce surprise downtime.

Data protection first

Backups are prioritized so important family data is not kept in one place only.

If something is down

What to do

  1. Check the status page first for known outages or maintenance.
  2. Wait 10 to 15 minutes and try again in case of a short restart.
  3. Send me a message if it is still down so I can investigate.
  4. I will provide an update with the issue and expected recovery time.

Honest boundaries

Not zero risk

No system is perfect. Hardware can fail and outages can happen, so recovery planning is part of the design.

Not publicly open admin access

Admin dashboards are private and not exposed to the open internet.

Not set-and-forget

This requires ongoing maintenance. Reliability comes from steady upkeep, not luck.
